كشف محمد محسن، زوج سيدة مصرية تعرضت لاعتداء من أحد الأشخاص والذي حاول سرقة شقتهما، أنها تعرضت للطعن بسكين تسبب في مقتل جنينها، وذلك يوم الأربعاء 29 سبتمبر/أيلول 2021.
حيث قالت تقارير مصرية إن زوجة مصرية تعرضت لمحاولة قتل على يد لص حاول سرقة شقتها، وقال زوجها محمد محسن إن زوجته تعرضت للطعن من المتهم وهو أحد القاطنين بالعقار نفسه ومقتل الجنين قبل أيام من الولادة داخل بطنها، وتلقت 9 طعنات بسكين في أماكن متفرقة بالجسد، منها طعنة أصابت الجنين.
الزوج قال إن زوجته وجهت استغاثتها للجاني، قائلة له: “خد الفلوس والفيزا وسيبنى أنا حامل”.
الزوج المصري قال وفق التقارير الإعلامية المصرية، إنه لم يكن بالشقة في أثناء حدوث الواقعة، ولكنه كان يتحدث مع زوجته على الهاتف قبل الواقعة بدقائق ودار بينهما جدال لطيف على اختيار اسم الطفل الذي انتظره 6 سنوات، بعدها ذهب لأداء صلاة الفجر، وبعد عدة ساعات تلقى الخبر من أحد جيرانه، على الفور توجه إلى المطار وحضر إلى زوجته بالمستشفى.
أضاف: “المتهم استمر في مراقبة الشقة عدة أسابيع، واستغل غياب الزوج لقيامه بالسفر إلى الخارج لعمل عمرة، وتسلق المتهم إلى الشقة بحوزته سكين، وخلال وجوده بالشقة سمع صوتاً بالصالة توجّه إلى مصدره فوجد المجني عليها، فطعنها 9 طعنات؛ ما أدى إلى سقوطها ومقتل الجنين داخل بطنها، وبعدها سرق هاتفها المحمول وفر هارباً”.
في المقابل، وأمام النيابة قال المتهم إنه انتهز فرصة وجود الضحية بمفردها بالشقة، مستغلاً غياب زوجها وتسلل للشقة لسرقتها، إلا أنه فوجئ بالمجني عليها تحاول الاستغاثة عقب اكتشافها وجوده بالشقة، فاعتدى عليها بسلاح أبيض وفر هارباً.
كذلك قال المتهم إنه ارتكب الجريمة خشية افتضاح أمره، خاصةً أنه يقيم بالعقار ذاته ومعلوم لدى المجني عليها، نافياً تخطيطه لقتلها، وأنه كان يرغب في سرقة الشقة فقط.
