اصدرت ادارة التعليم الخاص قرارا قضي بسحب تصديق عدد من المدارس الخاصة نسبة للزيادة العالية في رسوم تسجيل الطلاب وبررت الوزارة في خطاب سحب التصديق ان التعليم مجال خدمي وليس استثماري وانه نسبة لعدم تعاون ادارة بعض المدارس مع وزارة التربية والتعليم تم سحب تصديقها ووفقا لذلك ايقاف التسجيل بالمدرسة وتعيين ادارة حكومية للمدرسة لتسييرها الي حين توفيق التلاميذ لاوضاعهم .
يذكر ان القرار شمل مدرسة الذهبية ومدرسة القبس واكد احد اولياء الامور للقبس ان الزيادة كانت بصورة مهولة حيث ان رسوم السنة السابقة كانت 45 الف وتفاجأوا هذا العام بانها وصلت 310 الف ..ولما لم يصلوا مع المدرسة لحل وسط رفعوا الامر لادارة التعليم بالمحلية وبدورها رفعت الامر للوزارة بعد اليأس من الوصول لحل مع المدرسة .
