أصدرت وزارة التجارة السعودية، قرار بمعاقبة أحد مشاهير موقع الفيديوهات “سناب شات”، بتهمة تضليل المستهلكين بشأن منتج قهوة قام بالترويج له.
وقالت الوزارة في بيانها الصادر: “إنها فرضت غرامة على المعلن، منصور الرقيبة، وهو أحد مشاهير (سناب شات) قدرها 53 ألف دولار، كما فرضت الوزارة غرامة على تاجر شارك الرقيبة في الترويج للإعلان يدعى، أحمد سليمان السيف، بغرامة 80 ألف دولار، وفق (سبوتنيك بالعربي).
كذلك أصدرت وزارة التجارة السعودية قرارا بوقف منصور الرقيبة من الإعلان التجاري الإلكتروني لمدة شهرين، وكذلك منع التاجر أحمد سليمان السيف من ممارسة التجارة الإلكترونية للمدة نفسها.
وبينت الوزارة السعودية أن كلا من الرقيبة والسيف خالفا قواعد نظام التجارة الإلكترونية بالإعلان لمنتجات القهوة في السوق المحلي وخداع وتضليل المستهلك وتقديم ادعاءات مضللة.
وفي أول تعليق له على العقوبة الصادرة ضده من وزارة التجارة السعودية، أكد منصور الرقيبة في مقطع مصور على أن الحكم مثل العسل على لسانه، بحسب تعبيره، وذلك لأنه في مصلحة المواطن.
كما وجه الرقيبة الشكر إلى وزارة العدل السعودية على “إصدار المحكمة المختصة ذلك الحكم الصائب، كما شكر وزارة التجارة السعودية لحرصها على الجمهور المستهلك”، لافتا إلى أنه سدد الغرامة المالية الموقعة عليه (53 ألف دولار)، ونفذ حكم إيقافه لمدة شهرين.
وعبّر منصور الرقيبة عن أمنيته في أن يكون ما تعرض له درسا لزملائه من المشاهير، وأن يتأكدوا من صحة الإعلانات التي يشاركون فيها بنسة 100%، قبل أن يروجوا لها عبر حساباتهم على “السوشيال ميديا”.
