أعلن عبد القادر منعم منصور أمير عموم قبائل دار حمر براءته من (إتحاد شباب حمر صررر) ونفى أن يكون له صلة بهذا الحراك العنصري الداعم للفتنة والقبلية وقال الأمير عبد القادر في لقاء له مع أبناء دار حمر بالخرطوم أن الأمر لايعدو كونه تسلق مخطط له حيث جاءه شباب بطلب تكوين إتحاد أجتماعي خدمي بأهداف بسيطة محدودة داخل النهود وافق لهم ولكنه سرعان ما تحول الى كيان جهوى وعنصري يهدد النسيج الإجتماعي المتماسك منذ مئات السنين، وأوضح أنه تنامي حراك الإتحاد وفرض روح عنصرية جعل بعض من الإدارة الأهلية من القبائل غير حمر تتحسس موقعها الأمر الذي جعل عشرة من الشراتي داخل حمر يأتون اليه ويسألونه سؤال فوق العادة (أنت تتبنى إتحاد حمر صررر فأين موقعنا نحن) ومن هو أمرينا ؟ قائلاً فوضحت لهم موقفي الرافض للإتحاد بشكلة العنصري وفصل الأمير في هذا الجانب أن (حمر كانت ولازالت فروة النمر تجد فيها التنوع والتصاهر والإنسحام في ايك بديرية وفي السعادة جوامعة وفي الأضية بديرية وفي أرمل كاجا يمثلون عشرة شرتاويات فكيف لي كأمير أن أتبنى حمر صررر وأنا أمير عموم قبائل دار حمر وتقلدت منصب أمير أمراء السودان، وذاد الأمير أنه وفي وقت سابق أجرى تعداد سكاني لمدينة النهود وكان كالآتي خمسمائة وسمانون الف نسمة هؤلاء فيهم أكثر من ثلثمائة ألف ما حمر وأكد مقسماً (والله الاغراب بدفعوا الدية حمر ما بدفعوها) شراتي حمر أحيانا مابدفعو) وسبق أن أستدعيت حمد صافي وقلت له أنتم تمددتم وستخلقون فتنة وحذرته من المضي في هذا الإتحاد العنصري ولكنه ظل يعمل متحدياً الحكومة بعد أن تم حل إتحاده وهناك من بين عضويته أفراد لديهم جرائم وقلت له أنا لا أسمح لك بمثل هذا النشاط وبدأوا يطوفون في المحليات والأسواق لتكوين إتحادات فرعية وبعد ذهابهم لودبندا لاقوا مواجه شرسة وفي أبوزبد وغبيش وأنا متابع كل تحركاتهم وعندها أرسل إلي عضو مجلس السيادة صديق تاور مقطع فديو مصور لحمد صافي وهو يتحدى الحكومة ويعلن عن تفرقة وقبلية صارخة أنه ليس لغير حمر مكانة في الدار وأنا أرفض هذا الخطاب وتسألت من أين أتى صديق تاور بهذا التسجيل وقلت له لا علم لي بذلك ،، كذلك اتصل بي حامد عبد اللطيف وأنه ذكر قد اتصل عليه الوزير نصر الدين مفرح بخصوص فديو عرض في إجتماع مجلس الوزراء يتحدى الدولة ويعبر عن عنصرية ويجب أن يوقف هذا النشاط ولكن حكومة ولاية غرب كردفان لم تتخذ إجراء بهذا الخصوص كما أنها لو تسعى للإستفادة من النشاط عامده ضرب النسيج المجتمعي لمنطقة دار حمر وأبان الأمير عبد القادر منعم في اللقاء أن الإتحاد يعمل على خراب الدار ويخلق مشاكل وكل الذين على قيادته ينتمون للمؤتمر الوطني ولا يستعينون إلا بعضوية المؤتمر الوطني وهذا الأمر وصل المركز وسبق أن تجاوزوا حدود المنطقة وجاؤا الخرطوم هل هناك إتحاد طبيعي يقابل لاجل العربات ويقدم أبناء القبيلة للتجييش ومسائل غير مشرفة ،
وأكد الأمير أنه سبق وأن سمع حديث عن دعم وكيل الإمارة منعم عبدالقادر للإتحاد وأن هذا الحديث غير صحيح وفصل الأمير قائلاً(من قبل طلبو أن يكون منعم رئيس وانا رفضت ومنعم رفض ، انا ما راضي عنو ومنعم ما عندو حق يتبناه خطاب منعم بالعكس نحن قلنا الاتحاد حلتو الولاية نحن لا نؤيدة وقمت بالفعل وسألت منعم ونفى علاقته بالإتحاد سألته قدام عبد الحي ،، نؤكد لأبناء القبيلة اي علاقة مع الاتحاد بعيدة وماقدرنا نثبت شيء على منعم ،وأقولها لكم مجدداً هسي انا ضد الاتحاد ،، وأستشهد الأمير أن أبليس إذا قدم دعوة يجد أنصار في إشارة منه للذين يلتفون حول حمد صافي.
من جانبة قال سكرتير الإمارة عبد الحي صافي الدين أن أمر الإتحاد أصبح مؤرق للإمارة
وأكد أن الأمير عبد القادر منعم منصور ليس امير لحمر صررر بل امير لكل الناس وكل قبائل دار حمر وهو يستشيرنا في كل صغيرة ولم يتخذ قرار منفرد يوما وحول مضى الإتحاد في نشاط مخالف ضرب عبد الحي مثلاً ( الزول كان داير يشرب مريسة بشاور ابوه ولا كان سمح صوت برقال حفلة هل بستأذن أبوه ) لذلك لا علاقة للإمارة بالإتحاد ونحن حريصين على كافة مكونات دارحمر وأوضح أن الولاية قامت بحلة ولا زال يعمل وعليه لابد من نتحاور وأقول لكم
