قرر مجلس عمداء جامعة الخرطوم في اجتماعه رقم (6) اليوم الأربعاء الأول من دسمبر 2021م، برئاسة مديرة الجامعة بروفيسور فدوى عبدالرحمن علي طه، وعضوية أعضاء المجلس، قرر استئناف الدراسة بالجامعة في يناير 2022م، وفقاً لمصفوفة تعلنها أمانة الشؤون العلمية لاحقاً بالتنسيق مع الكليات والوحدات الأكاديمية المختلفة..
وناقش مجلس العمداء في الاجتماع الذي عقد بقاعة بروفيسور دفع الله الترابي بكلية الهندسة، التعقيدات المصاحبة لعملية استئناف الدراسة في ظل الموجة الجديدة لجائحة كورونا من جهة، والأزمة السياسية بالبلاد وتأثيرها المباشر على الجامعة واستقرارها من جهة أخرى، بالإضافة إلى تراكم الدفعات ومتطلبات تهيئة البيئة الملائمة بداخليات الطلاب.
وأمن الاجتماع على تقديم كل كلية مقترحاً مفصلاً لمصفوفة استئناف الدراسة على أن تخضع للمراجعة والإجازة من أمانة الشؤون العلمية، ثم إصدار تقويم دراسي لتنفيذ خطة استئناف الدراسة في يناير المقبل..
وفي فاتحة الاجتماع بعثت مديرة الجامعة رسالة شكر لأعضاء مجلس العمداء لوقفتهم وإصرارهم على عودتها لاستكمال العمل الذي بدأته، وأكدت أن الانجازات التي تحققت في الفترة السابقة هي ثمرة للعمل الجماعي بين أعضاء فريق الإدارة والأسرة الجامعية.
