كشفت وزيرة الخارجية د. مريم الصادق المهدي، في تصريحات لوكالة “سبوتنيك”، عن اتجاه لتقديم الرئيس المخلوع عمر البشير والمثول أمام المحكمة الجنائية الدولية بتهم ارتكاب جرائم حرب، “وقالت ان مجلس الوزراء اتفق مؤخراً على ضرورة مثول هؤلاء المتهمين أمام المحكمة الجنائية لتتم محاكمتهم على تلك الجرائم إنفاذاً للعدالة الإنتقالية واقتصاصاً لحقوق الضحايا والتزاماً باتفاقية جوبا للسلام”.
