جاء ذلك لدى لقائه بلجنة مبادرة المصالحات القبلية للحد من ظاهرة الصراعات بين القبائل بولاية جنوب دارفور
وشدد عيسي على ضرورة إقامة سلسلة من المؤتمرات الأهلية للمصالحات القبلية لجعل السلام واقعا معاشا.
واستمع سيادته الي مقترحات اللجنة التي قدمت تنويرا شاملا حول أجندة وبنود المصالحات بين القبائل خاصة الشريط الجنوبي والجنوب الغربي من مدينة نيالا والتي أكدت خلالها إنزال السلام على أرض الواقع ومنع النزاعات القبلية لتنفيذ العدالة وبسط هيبة الدولة، مثمنين دور الدعم السريع ونجاحه في فض النزاعات القبلية والتضحية من أجل سلامة المواطنين.
