نفى وزير الاتصالات والتحول الرقمي، المهندس هاشم حسب الرسول، ما تداولته الاسافير ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي اليوم، عن حجب وزارة الاتصالات لـ40 موقعا إلكترونيا بالسودان، بتوجيه من لجنة إزالة التمكين، وتبطئة شبكة الإنترنت في السودان للحد الأدنى.
وقال المهندس هاشم : “هذه شائعات يروج لها فلول النظام البائد، لإعطاء الزحم لمسيراتهم المزمع خروجها اليوم ”.
وأضاف: “نحن في عهد الحريات، ولا يمكن أن نكمم الحريات الصحفية؛ وحق المواطن في الحصول على المعلومة، فالحرية أولى شعارات ثورة ديسمبر المجيدة، ومن المستحيل أن نحجب مواقع إلكترونية عن الصدور مهما كانت الأسباب”.
وأكد هاشم أن قطع خدمة الانترنت لساعات محدودة خلال فترة امتحانات الشهادة السودانية، جاء كإجراء استثنائي فرضته ظروف استثنائية وتحديات معقدة تواجه وزارة التربية والتعليم والجهات ذات الصلة بتأمين الامتحانات، وبقرار من النائب العام، واستجابة لطلب من وزارة التربية والتعليم ولجنة تأمين امتحانات الشهادة السودانية.
وزاد: “هناك اتفاق ذهب إلى اتخاذ كل الاحترازات والتدابير اللازمة لتأمين الامتحانات في العام القادم دون اللجوء لخيار قطع خدمات الإنترنت
